{"title":"Onboarding Experience and My Account Features","url":"/entrata_integration/about/onboarding_account/","description":"","date":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","lastmod":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","weight":0,"markdown":"## What do property managers have to do to give Pavlov Entrata access?\n\nProperty managers can follow the instructions on [Authorize Pavlov to Entrata](/myproperties/entrata/entrata_auth_guide/) to give Pavlov Media access to the Entrata API.\n\n## What do residents have do to get set up with their Wi-Fi?\n\nFrom the resident's point of view, there isn't much they have to do to get set up with their Wi-Fi besides give their contact info to property managers/Entrata.\nPavlov's system gets the resident's contact information from Entrata.\nThey get an email with their PSK (password) and SSID (Wi-Fi network identifier) information.\nThey also receive an SMS with this info if their phone number has been provided and it is not an international phone number.\n\n## Should residents share their password?\n\nThe primary occupant and any co-applicants on the Entrata lease get Wi-Fi passwords.\nThey should share this password with the other occupants.\n\n## How can they manage their own Wi-Fi access?\n\nWhen their info is synced from Entrata to Pavlov, an account in [My Account](https://myaccount.pavlovmedia.net/) (Pavlov Media's Wi-Fi management interface for residents) is created for each resident.\nThey are instructed through email to access the account by setting a password.\n\n![My Account Profile Page](/images/profile_page.png)\n\nMy Account has three pages: **Profile**, **Wi-Fi Password**, and **Troubleshooting**.\n\n### Profile Page\n\n**Profile** lets residents edit account details (their name), add contact information such as an email address or phone number, re-send validation codes to those addresses, and change their password for My Account (**Change Password**).\n\n### Wi-Fi Password Page\n\n![My Account Wi-Fi Password Page](/images/password_page.png)\n\nThe **Wi-Fi Password** page is where residents can view or change their Wi-Fi password information.\nThey click **Generate New Key** to change it.\nThis is useful for removing the access of devices using the old key.\nNote that they cannot set their own key, only create a random one.\nThey can also print out the key for reference.\n\n### Troubleshooting Page\n\n![My Account Troubleshooting Page](/images/troubleshooting_page.png)\n\nThe troubleshooting page is where residents can contact Pavlov Media support for issues with their Wi-Fi.\n"}
