To get started managing a particular property, click the eye icon in the Actions column.

Features

  • Manage Residents: How to use the Residents page in My Properties to sync individual residents or units, send personal messages, block Wi-Fi because of unpaid rent, resend Wi-Fi passwords, view information about residents and units, and view residents in units.
  • Configure Sync Timing: How to use the Entrata page in My Properties to sync all residents on demand, set early move-in and late move-out Wi-Fi access policies, and manage transition leases and deleted units.
