{"title":"Configure Sync Timing","url":"/entrata_integration/manage/timing_syncing/","description":"","date":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","lastmod":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","weight":0,"markdown":"How to use the **Entrata** page in My Properties to sync all residents on demand, set early move-in and late move-out Wi-Fi access policies, and manage upcoming leases.\n\n## Resident Sync\n\nPavlov syncs with Entrata across each of your properties every 30 minutes, but you can also trigger it manually.\n\nClick **Sync Residents** to pull the lease status of each resident manually and sync with the Pavlov system to perform the [appropriate actions](/entrata_integration/about/lease_lifecycle_pavlov_actions/).\n\n{{\u003c note type=\"tip\" title=\"Tip\" \u003e}}\nSee [Sync Resident](/entrata_integration/manage/residents/#sync-resident) or [Sync Unit](/entrata_integration/manage/residents/#sync-unit) to sync individual or groups of residents/units.\n{{\u003c /note \u003e}}\n\n## Early Move-Ins/Late Move-Outs\n\n![Policy settings](/images/policy_settings.png)\n\nExpand the **Policy Settings** option on the **Entrata** page to set global early move-ins (give Wi-Fi access a number of days before the move occurs) or late move-outs (remove Wi-Fi access a number of days after the move occurs).\n\nSet and submit **Future Move In Days** for early move-ins and **Future Move Out Days** for late move-outs.\n\nClick **Reset to Default** to set these policies to what you initially told Pavlov Media.\n\n## Upcoming Leases\n\nThis section displays upcoming changes to leases, such as move-ins,  move-outs, and transfers.\n\n![Upcoming changes to leases leases](/images/upcoming_leases.png)\n\nExpand the **Upcoming Leases** section on the Entrata page of My Properties to view lease changes that can executed early.\nYou may need to refresh the page after syncing the residents.\nThis table shows information about the lease like the resident's name, unit and bedroom numbers, and type of request.\nClick the icon in **Actions** and confirm to execute the lease change early.\nFor example, you can instantly transfer the resident.\n\n## Deleted Units\n\nExpand the deleted table to see units that have been deleted in Entrata and sync them to Pebbles (the Pavlov system).\n"}
