Authorize Pavlov to Entrata
In order for the Entrata integration to work with your properties, you need to do two things:
- Authorize Pavlov to read-only API access
- Provide Pavlov with your Entrata Subdomain
Authorize Pavlov for API Access
If you are an Entrata administrator user, follow these steps in the Entrata platform to authorize Pavlov to read-only API access:
Navigate to API Access: In the top menu, go to Apps > API Access.
Add API User: Click the + Add API user button.
Search for Pavlov: Use the search function to find “Pavlov Media” and click Enable Access.
Select Properties: Follow the on-screen prompts to select the specific properties Pavlov needs access to, then save and continue.
Select Data Permissions: Select the following APIs on the Data Permissions page:
v1/customersv1/leasesv1/propertyunitsv1/status
This enables Pavlov to gain access to these APIs. Only
GEToperations are needed (read-only access).
Provide Your Entrata Subdomain
Your Entrata subdomain is the unique name your company uses to access the Entrata login page (for example, in the URL https://your-company-name://, the subdomain is “your-company-name”) or the API URL (for example, in the URL https://apis.entrata.com/ext/orgs/your-company-name/v1/status the subdomain is also “your-company-name”).
Send this subdomain to your Pavlov contact. Once Pavlov has both the access and the subdomain, they can configure their system to access your Entrata data.
