How to use the profile page of My Account. Add new email addresses and phone numbers, edit account details, change your unit, and change the password.

Add and Validate Email and Phone

Add an Email

Click Add Email to add a new email address.

Validate an Email

Validate your email by clicking on a link that Pavlov Media sends you. To send a validation email, click Send validation code.

Add a Phone

Click Add Phone to add a new phone number to your account.

Type the phone number and type. In order to validate the phone number, you must check Can we send notifications and alerts to this number?

Validate a Phone

To send a validation text, click Send validation code. Reply YES to validate your phone number.

Edit Account Details

Click Edit Account Details to edit your first and last name. Click Save to save your changes.

Change Unit

To move into a different unit, click Change Unit.

Change Password

Click on Change Password to send a password reset link to your email. If you have multiple validated email addresses, choose which one you wish to send the email to.
