{"title":"Guest Pass Page","url":"/myproperties/guest_pass/","description":"","date":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","lastmod":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","weight":0,"markdown":"How to use the **Guest Pass** page in My Properties to manage temporary guest Wi-Fi access (only turned on for 30 minutes, unless otherwise specified with Pavlov).\nThe guest pass page looks like this:\n\n![Guest pass page](/images/guest_pass_page.png)\n\nThis page displays recipient names, emails, and phone numbers.\nIt also shows when their guest pass expires.\n\n## Guest Pass Flow\n\nGuest users scan a [QR code](#view-qr-code) (or click a [link](#copy-registration-url)) to open the guest registration webpage.\nTo make sure visitors know where to go to register, you should post the QR code on the property or otherwise distribute the QR code.\n\n![Registration page](/images/registration_page.png)\n\nVisitors should enter their email and click **Get a temporary visitor pass** on the registration page that the QR code opens to get a guest pass.\n\n![Guest pass modal](/images/guest_pass_modal.png)\n\nOn the modal that appears, they should type in their name and phone number and accept the terms of service.\nOnce they submit this information, they are texted their temporary guest pass.\n\n## View QR Code\n\n![View QR code button](/images/view_qr_code.png)\n\nClick **View QR Code** to view the QR code that visitors scan to launch registration.\n\n![QR Code](/images/qr_code.png)\n\nClick **Download** to download the QR code to your device.\nNow you can print and distribute it to visitors.\n\n## Copy Registration URL\n\n![Copy Registration URL button](/images/copy_registration_url.png)\n\nClick **Copy Registration URL** to copy the link that visitors open to launch registration. \nThis is the same as the link that scanning the QR code opens.\nInstead of giving guests the QR code, you can also provide this link to visitors. \n\n## Launch Registration\n\n![Launch Registration button](/images/launch_registration_gp.png)\n\nClick **Launch Registration** to open the registration site.\n\n## Resend Guest Pass Message\n\n![Resend guest pass message button](/images/resend_guest_pass_message.png)\n\nClick **Resend Guest Pass Message** in the **Actions** menu of the **Guest Pass** table to send the guest pass SMS to the recipient again.\n\n## Cancel Guest Pass\n\n![Cancel guest pass button](/images/cancel_guest_pass.png)\n\nClick **Cancel Guest Pass** in the **Actions** menu of the **Guest Pass** table to cancel the recipient's guest pass access.\nThe visitor is no longer able to access the Wi-Fi with that password.\n\n## Download Guest Pass Information as a CSV\n\n![Download button](/images/download_guest_pass_csv.png)\n\nClick the **Download** button in the bottom right corner of the **Guest Pass** table to download a CSV with guest pass information.\n"}
