IoT Access Page

Use IoT Access to view the Wi-Fi PSK/password that you use to connect smart devices like security cameras to the Wi-Fi and each other, and assign technician access to smart devices. These devices are separated away from a normal user for network protection from attacks.

Click the eye icon to reveal the Wi-Fi password you use to connect all the devices.

Technician Access

Technician Access allows 3rd-party technicians to access the internet while working on the property. Click + (Add Technician Access) to send an email containing a PSK to a technician.

Assign an Experience, which refers to the grouping of connected smart devices you want them to have access to. Type the technician’s name, email address, and phone number.

The password sent to the technicians is not the same as your key for the smart devices.
