Message History Page

Use Message History to view the history of messages you have sent to residents.

Additionally, send personal messages to residents, blast messages to all the residents of your property, or rent block a resident.

View Message History

View Message History, including number of recipients, subject, type, and the date when the message was sent. Click the people icon (View Recipients) to see the resident accounts the message was sent to. Click the file icon (View Message) to view the content of the message.

Send Personal Message

Click Send Personal Message to send a personal message to one or more residents.

Type out and choose the Recipients, type the Subject of the message, and choose the date and time you wish the message to be sent.

Type the message. Note that there are a variety of options for formatting.

Click Send to send the message. The message is sent to the resident’s email account, and they are not able to reply. Residents cannot see each other’s email address.

Send Blast Message

Click Send Blast Message to send a message to all the residents of your property.

Type the Subject of the message, and choose the date and time you wish the message to be sent.

Click Send to send the message. The message is sent to the residents’ email account, and they are not able to reply. Residents cannot see each other’s email address.

Rent Block

Click Rent Block to block the Wi-Fi service of a resident because they have not paid their rent.

Type out and choose the Recipients, choose the date and time you wish the message to be sent, and optionally edit the Subject and content of the message.

Click Send Message and Block to send the message and block the recipients Wi-Fi. The block will take effect 30 minutes after sending.

To unblock the resident, use the Residents feature. Search for the resident, click the Actions icon and click the Unlock button.
