{"title":"Message History Page","url":"/myproperties/message_history/","description":"","date":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","lastmod":"0001-01-01T00:00:00Z","weight":0,"markdown":"Use **Message History** to view the history of messages you have sent to residents.\n\nAdditionally, send personal messages to residents, blast messages to all the residents of your property, or rent block a resident.\n\n## View Message History\n\nView **Message History**, including number of recipients, subject, type, and the date when the message was sent.\nClick the people icon (**View Recipients**) to see the resident accounts the message was sent to.\nClick the file icon (**View Message**) to view the content of the message.\n\n## Send Personal Message\n\nClick **Send Personal Message** to send a personal message to one or more residents.\n\nType out and choose the **Recipients**, type the **Subject** of the message, and choose the date and time you wish the message to be sent.\n\nType the message.\nNote that there are a variety of options for formatting.\n\nClick **Send** to send the message.\nThe message is sent to the resident's email account, and they are not able to reply.\nResidents cannot see each other's email address.\n\n## Send Blast Message\n\nClick **Send Blast Message** to send a message to all the residents of your property.\n\nType the **Subject** of the message, and choose the date and time you wish the message to be sent.\n\nType the message.\nNote that there are a variety of options for formatting.\n\nClick **Send** to send the message.\nThe message is sent to the residents' email account, and they are not able to reply.\nResidents cannot see each other's email address.\n\n## Rent Block\n\nClick **Rent Block** to block the Wi-Fi service of a resident because they have not paid their rent.\n\nType out and choose the **Recipients**, choose the date and time you wish the message to be sent, and optionally edit the **Subject** and content of the message.\n\nClick **Send Message and Block** to send the message and block the recipients Wi-Fi.\nThe block will take effect 30 minutes after sending.\n\nTo unblock the resident, use the [**Residents** feature](/myproperties/features/residents/residents/).\nSearch for the resident, click the **Actions** icon and click the **Unlock** button.\n"}
