Ticket Counts Page

Ticket counts shows the number of support tickets currently open and closed, and the number of tickets per bed in your property. A support ticket represents a resident of your property calling Pavlov Media for instructions or help with an issue.

The number of open tickets (unresolved) for residents of your property during the past 30 days are graphed in the Open Ticket Count graph.
